These 20 minute peanut noodles with sesame halloumi from @halfbakedharvest (search for the recipe on her site) are so good I made them TWICE last week! After enjoying some of the leftovers again tonight, I decided I had to share. For my variation I used fresh soba (buckwheat) noodles, and fried both halloumi and tofu for slightly more protein.
What's halloumi, you ask?? It's a sheep/goat cheese popular in Middle Eastern food often served grilled or fried. It's crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, insanely delicious, and one of the easiest foods to cook on the entire planet. Please, make it part of your life!!!
