At the end of every Body Balance class there’s an 8 minute meditation! I like to lie back under my blanket for it! So relaxing and cosy! ☺️
I always thought meditation was a load of nonsense but I swear down since I started doing this every night I feel so much happier, calm, less stressed, it’s honestly worth a go if you don’t already do it! 💕
In fact, would love to know who else practises meditation and if you have any recommendations of apps or downloads I can try?
