I’m happy to report that I’m finally coming out of the worst of this morning sickness, and I’m actually feeling more inspired and creative than ever. Sometimes taking a break, even from things you enjoy, is really the best thing you can do! This tasty mocktail is my current go-to, with pineapple, chamomile, lemon and a very cool organic quince honey from Bee Seasonal. 🍯 If you’re not preggo or participating in #dryjanuary, feel free to add an ounce or two of rum and #tikithesnowaway! 🌼Chamomile Pineapple Lemonade🍍 2 oz organic chamomile tea, brewed strong and chilled (@mountainroseherbs) 2 oz pineapple juice 1 oz lemon juice 1 oz honey syrup (I used organic @beeseasonalhoney Marmeleiro Brazilian Quince Honey) Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish tropically and enjoy!

Coup de cœur pour cet excellent «Mont Fuji» par @etienneculotpatisserie composé d’un fond de tarte croustillant, d’un confit de Yuzu et Sudachi, d’une crème au marron légère comme un nuage et d’une chantilly à la vanille bien parfumée. Une petite merveille d’équilibre et de justesse! Si vous êtes de passage à Grenoble, ne manquez pas de faire un petit tour chez ce pâtissier de talent, passé entre autres par les labos d’Anne Sophie Pic et de Claire Heitzler. Un signe de qualité😍 Merci enfin à mon amie @travellingfoodista pour la belle découverte 🤗😘😋
